These terms cover your use of the VIZUL.ART beta, an audio-reactive visualizer operated by Automata OÜ, Estonia.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@vizul.art if you have a question or want to close your account.
Beta access and accounts
The current beta is invitation-only and uses Google sign-in. Invitations may be limited to a specific email address and expire. Keep your account secure and do not share invitation codes or use another person's account without authorization.
You must be able to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use VIZUL for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. The beta currently has no subscription charge; any future paid offer will have its price and terms presented separately before you purchase it.
Using VIZUL
You may use the available features to create and perform visuals, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party rights. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or attempt to access another user's data. Report security issues to our support address.
You are responsible for choosing audio and other material you have permission to use. Access to VIZUL does not provide music, public performance, broadcasting or venue licenses. Check the rights needed for your particular use.
Visuals can include rapid motion and flashing light. Choose settings suitable for your audience and environment, and stop playback if it causes discomfort.
Your content and our software
You retain the rights you have in the settings and content you provide. You give Automata OÜ permission to store and process that material as needed to operate and support the features you use. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
VIZUL's software, branding and supplied assets remain owned by their respective rights holders. Permission to use the service does not grant permission to redistribute its source files or extract supplied assets for resale. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, available in the third-party notices.

Beta availability and changes
The beta is still being developed. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and saved data may need to be migrated. Export settings you depend on and keep your own copies before an important performance. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular event, device or browser.
We will use reasonable care in operating the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your use of material without the required rights, failures outside our reasonable control, or reliance on the beta for a purpose we have not agreed to support. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending access
You may stop using VIZUL at any time and request account deletion at support@vizul.art. We may suspend or end access where needed to address misuse, security issues or a breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the beta. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to export your settings.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version and date will appear here; material changes will receive additional notice where required. If a change requires your agreement, we will ask for it. Questions and complaints can be sent to support@vizul.art.
